The Vineland Wrestling Association is committed to building a foundation of strength, discipline, and character in the youth of Vineland, New Jersey. Our mission is to create an environment where young athletes can grow into confident individuals through hard work, accountability, and community support. We believe youth development is the key to long-term success—not just in sports, but in life—and our program is designed to support that growth at every level.
We serve wrestlers ages 5 to 14, introducing them to the fundamentals of wrestling while promoting health, physical fitness, and a winning mindset. But more than just technique, we focus on the core tenets of high-value wrestlers: discipline, humility, grit, respect, leadership, and mental toughness. These values are instilled through consistent practice, mentorship, and a team culture that prioritizes development over shortcuts.
